Dick’s Sporting Goods is excited to host the Spring Session of our meeting on April 28th and 29th at our office in Pittsburgh (Pittsburgh International Airport Area). Attached you will find a preliminary Agenda and Lodging information.
We have obtained a block of rooms at the Double Tree by Hilton Pittsburgh Airport ~ 3.5mi from DSG’s office. Our rate will be $110 per night before taxes and fees. The hotel will honor this rate for three days prior and the three days following our event for those who want to see more of Pittsburgh. Additional rates and lodging information are contained within the Agenda should you choose to stay elsewhere. Please note that all coordination and logistics will be provided from the Double Tree.

Please reserve early so we can determine if the Block needs expanded or if additional shuttles will be needed to and from our office and the Networking dinner. Our room block will be released back to the public on April 6th, 2020.

- What Hotel you will be staying at or if you/your team is Local let me know that as well
- Who will be attending the Meet & Greet Monday evening
- Who will be attending the Networking Dinner Tuesday evening
- Who on your team may have dietary restrictions (Allergies/Vegetarian/Vegan)
