We are launching a new monthly virtual learning and networking program (MVP) within the group. Each 60-90 minute Zoom session will be hosted by a member company who has selected the topic and presenter. The presentation should be between 30 to 60 minutes to allow ample discussion within the group.
As an incentive to organize an MVP meeting, a $100 Amazon gift card will be given in appreciation to each member who coordinates and virtually hosts a meeting between November 2020 and September 2021. There are no restrictions to how many times a member or member company can volunteer to host a monthly meet-up. A Zoom link (through SIM’s account) will be provided for ITPWG members to use for these sessions.
The first MVP meeting is scheduled for October 22 at 1:00 ET. As we are starting this new offering quickly, the agenda topic is an ITPWG leader facilitated roundtable on how member companies are managing through the prolonged COVID pandemic.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions and other items outside of our control, our in-person 2020 fall meeting has been cancelled. Mike McConnell of Dick Sporting Goods has agreed to host the November MVP session. The topic for that meeting will be communicated shortly. Beginning next year, MVP meetings will be in addition to our twice a year in-person meetings, to provide more interaction among the group’s members and deliver more value to you.
The ITPWG portal is where details about upcoming scheduled meetings (virtual and in-person) will be shared. Please make sure you have logged into the portal and your email settings are up to date.
